1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Be Seen Pro website (“Site”) or our advertising services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

 

2. Services Provided

Be Seen Pro connects local businesses with consumers through print advertising on menus, placemats, coffee cups, pizza box toppers, and other printed restaurant materials. Campaigns typically run for six (6) months unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

 

3. Advertising Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all advertising content you provide. Be Seen Pro reserves the right to reject any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of applicable laws.

 

4. Payments & Fees

All advertising campaigns must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your signed agreement or invoice. Payments are non-refundable once printing has begun.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Be Seen Pro remain the property of Be Seen Pro unless otherwise stated. Advertisers are granted a limited license to use their final ad design for other purposes upon request and approval.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Be Seen Pro is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. While we strive for accuracy and timely delivery, results may vary and are not guaranteed.

 

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Site with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
