Be Seen Pro – Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when payments for Be Seen Pro advertising campaigns may be refunded. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Non-Refundable After Printing Begins

All advertising campaigns must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your signed agreement or invoice. Payments are non-refundable once printing has begun.

3. Cancellations Before Printing

If you cancel a campaign in writing before printing has begun, Be Seen Pro may issue a refund or credit at our discretion, less any design, production setup, or third-party costs already incurred.

4. Design & Revisions

Professional design time is included with campaigns as described in your agreement. Additional revision rounds beyond what is included, or changes requested after artwork approval, may be billed separately and are non-refundable.

5. Campaign Results

Because print distribution and local visibility can vary by restaurant, season, and customer traffic, advertising results are not guaranteed. Fees are for placement and production services, not for a specific number of leads or sales.

6. How to Request a Review

To request a cancellation review or ask about a possible refund or credit before printing begins, contact us promptly with your business name, campaign details, and reason for the request.
